Senior Connection’s mobile health service provides free services throughout the 61 cities and towns 
of Central MA, such as:

  • Health, Dental and Vision Screenings
  • Medication Management
  • Grandparents Raising Grandkids Support

Registration will open for Care Express Bus visits in Spring 2026.
