Senior Connection Receives Innovative Achievement Award for Care Express

We’re thrilled to announce that Senior Connection’s Care Express mobile health program received a 2025 USAging Innovations & Achievement Award, one of the highest honors presented by USAging to its members, during USAging’s 50th Annual Conference and Tradeshow, on July 20 in Chicago, IL.

Care Express is a mobile health service for older adults that provides free services throughout the 61 cities and towns of Central MA, such as:

  • Health, dental and vision screenings
  • Medication management
  • Grandparents Raising Grandkids Support
  • Legal consultation for advice, risk assessment, and more

The 2025 USAging Aging Innovations & Achievement Awards recognize members that have found new and innovative ways to support older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers as they thrive in their homes and communities.
