SERVICE AREAS
Senior Connection Inc. is the largest of the twenty-three Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts—both geographically, serving a region of more than 1,500 square miles across 61 municipalities, and numerically, supporting over 200,000 older adults.
We work in close partnership with three independent Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs), 61 local Councils on Aging and Senior Centers, and dozens of human service organizations to strengthen and expand the elder services network throughout Central Massachusetts.
In addition to supporting older adults, we serve grandfamilies—grandparents raising grandchildren—through our Grandparents Raising Grandkids Resource Center. We also operate the Mobile Care Express Bus, which enhances access to health and social services across Worcester County and the following Middlesex County communities: Marlborough, Groton, Acton, Ayer, Littleton, Townsend, and Framingham.”
